You worked on your quilt top or other project that needs to be quilted. Let us help you make it a quilt that you will love to give or keep. We would like to thank you for putting the trust into us to finish you loving work.

We use the state-of-the-art APQS (Millie) 12 foot system to quilt your project with precision and care. While we currently only offer edge-to-edge quilting service for online sales, we have a nice selection of patterns to choose from, and we'll work with you to find the perfect one to suit your style and preferences.

CHARGES:
The charges noted below include quilting, thread, and return shipping. A minimum quilting charge of $50 applies.
Width x Length = total square inches x $0.020 for light-density E2E, $0.025 for medium-density E2E quilting, or $0.030 for high-density.

I can provide batting if you would prefer. Contact me to find what battings are available. You are welcome to send the batting you purchase also. Batting must be at least 4” on all sides than the top.
If any repairs or pressing is required, additional charges may apply, but these will be discussed with and approved by you before work begins.

Once Deposit is collected:
• I will send you a form to complete and send with your quilt top, backing and batting. The form will included my address to send the package to. Please insure the package enough, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Upon receipt, I will inform you of its arrival, and your quilt top will be added to my line up of quilts. When I am ready to begin quilting, I will confirm measurements and contact you via Etsy convo if needed to discuss quilting design, thread color, etc.
• When your quilt is finished, I will create and post in my shop a personalized reserved listing for the balance, and prepare your finished quilt for shipping.

Packing instructions:
• To ensure the best possible results, please make sure your quilt top is clean, pressed, and trimmed down to its final finished size. You'll also want to trim any loose threads and use a safety pin to mark the top of the quilt, removing any other pins. The quilt top must lay flat, so measure it across the top, bottom, and center to make sure the measurements are the same.
• Backing should be 4" larger than quilt top on all sides.
• Batting if not being purchased through us should be 4” larger than the quilt top on all sides.
• If it is wavy, puckered or extra fullness I will work the best I can to remove the waves, extra fullness, or puckers.
• If you are new to this process, please do not hesitate to message me with questions. I am happy to help.
• If you prewash your quilt top, we highly recommend prewashing your backing fabric as well.
